I preplan sessions to a point, but leave enough room for some beautiful unexpected surprises. You and your family are unique, and that dynamic will ensure that every single senior portrait or family session that I photograph is different from the last, and the next.
SENIOR
One of the best ways to remember your high school experience, and to celebrate your transition into adulthood is through a senior portrait session. A Senior session with Behind the Shutter LLC isn’t just about taking pictures. It’s about developing a relationship together, getting to know who you are, and bringing that out in your portraits. My goal is to be there every step of the way as we capture your story. From the initial consultation to handing over the final printed pieces from your session, I will assist you through an experience you will treasure for years to come.
If you would like to incorporate multiple outfits in your senior portraits, don't worry about finding a bathroom to change in. Upon request, I provide a portable changing tent that can be used on location.

Included in every senior package is a yearbook headshot taken during your scheduled session with a backdrop. Once you choose your preferred image, I will handle everything with the school. Please note that most yearbook deadlines are in early October, so don't wait to schedule your session.
FAMILY
While you may have plenty of snapshots of your little ones on your phone, those images aren't always suitable for printing and displaying on your walls. Between 6 to 9 months, your baby becomes more independent and curious. It's a perfect opportunity to capture their growth, curiosity, and individual personality with a professional photography session.
